"Very bad company. I took my Iphone 6plus there yesterday low sound in ear speaker. They said return in 3 hours I did. Phone did not sound better lots of background noise in store windows fan etc. I asked the woman this still sounds bad, she turned on speaker phone and said ok pay and rushed me out the door.she claimed I did not work on it. Very bad customer service representative, zero people skills this one. As when I arrived to pick up phone she was walking up and down the sidewalk in front of store talking on her phone, very unprofessional. Signed papers took phone home still bad low sound, went back today technician agreed needs new speaker. was quoted price of 55.00 originaly was 49.00 for speaker replacement. Said you repaired it and now you say you have to replace speaker, was 49.00 to do this from the beginning total cost, you seen bad and charged me 30.00 and said ok? Was told you signed the paper when you took the phone so pay 55 more. whole time he was holding my phone like he would not give it back same as women day before when i picked it up. Retired USAF and born at night but not last night, thank God these ones dont fly airplanes, Avoid this company at all costs. whole time i was there never seen another customer, wonder why!"

"I called Antoine last week and told him about my mothers phone that had a cracked screen so bad she was getting glass in her finger. I am all the way in Hawaii so I called Antoine at Stay Mobile and he was so helpful. He let me pay for it with my credit card so she could have her phone immediately. I appreciate him helping me out when I'm so far away. He never gave me any problems and my mom was thrilled to get her phone serviced so quickly and without a problem. Sometimes it's hard for me to take care of her when I'm so far away but Antoine made it hassle free. I really appreciate it!!!! Give him a raise!!!!"
