"My transmission went out on my truck in Santee. I was too far from home, so I had my truck transferred to this place in Orangeburg. I was told that I needed a new transmission, the place they order from doesn't have any rebuild transmission. I paid 2300 dollars up front for a brand new transmission. I was going back and forth with them for a whole month before I finally got my truck back. First, even though I paid for a new transmission, they put reman, meaning "remanufactory" After I told them that I ordered a new one, the lady said "We put that on all receipts." I asked for the warranty for the new transmission and was told that there wasn't any, that they do the repairs. They finally extend the warranty to three years, and I can only have them repair it. THERE IS NO WAY THAT THEY PUT A NEW TRANSMISSION IN MY TRUCK! I asked for my old transmission and was told that they are keeping it for core. You don't have a core if you paid the full price of the part! I asked to speak with the owner and was told that the owner was sick in the hospital. These people are crooked, I was told by a lawyer I should have called the cops and had a police report filed. I don't recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"They are a licensed Repair Pal shop. The staff was courteous. When I called for an update on repairs for my truck they promptly explained that they ordered the part but it would take a few days to arrive. They called me when the part came in, I brought my truck back and they did the repairs with no hassle."
