"Great service. Simple, easy phone call to set up an appt for a leak. Tech was on time, nice, polite, and informative. Spent an hour and a half trying to recreate leak from upstairs into downstairs to no avail. Thanks to persistence he finally found the issue. Made sure he cleaned up work afterwards and take caution when prepping work beforehand. Would recommend."
"It was the Friday before Christmas, pretty close to quitting time, and our toilets wouldn’t flush. My husband started calling around to get someone to come help, and Freedom Plumbing was the only company that answered the phone. The guy came out about 30 minutes after we called. "We had a stopped-up toilet that could not be “unstopped” by a home plunger! I called Freedom Plumbing and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. "We accepted a free plumbing inspection from a local firm in order to get an estimate on rebuilding 2 shower valves: the estimate seemed high. I then called Freedom Plumbing for an estimate. I was willing to pay the $49.00 trip fee to get a second opinion. Was I ever glad I did! Not only was the estimate over $200.00 less, including the trip fee, but Jacob, our technician, was available to do the work right then! I was amazed that he had the needed parts with him on the van. (The first firm's technicians were on an "estimate tour" of 4 to 5 places per day: repairs would necessitate another visit.) Jacob was very neat, courteous, and professional. We are happy to recommend Freedom Plumbing."
