"We had an appointment scheduled here on Monday of this week. We received NO call or text letting us know “the system was down” but arrived to one lady sitting in the dark on her cell phone who said it had been down since 11:00 that morning. We immediately scheduled another appointment for today, Thursday 12/14 for 6:00PM AGAIN. We arrived at 5:45 to the door locked and the same lady again. We’ve been standing outside going on 20 minutes and she still has not come to the door. PLEASE bring our other ladies back to the office. It would be a shame to have to leave Jackson Hewitt after more than 15 years of doing business with them. Very sad to see such a great place go downhill.And by the way the lady’s name is Jackie and she just turned me away AGAIN. When I told her I would call corporate, she told me to just go ahead and call them."

"We have used the office on Hwy 80 in Pooler, GA for several years. Ms Denise Jordan is our tax person! She is AWESOME!!! She explains in detail from beginning of our appointment to the very end. She's fast and very good at her job. The office is always clean and tidy. In fact, Ms Denise was the only person besides Ms Sue, that greets and answers the phone, there working! She handled everything and everyone professionally and was so sweet!"
