"Absolutely awful!!!! The lady who did my taxes was going so fast I had to stop and correct her because she marked me as single even though I’m married. She didn’t think to ask me if I was married because I came by myself. Didn’t ask me a lot of questions that would have made a big difference in my refund. She didn’t let me deduct anything that was very much valid. The whole reason I went to H&R Block instead of turbo tax is because I bought a home and moved so bigger things happened last year and I told her that and she didn’t ask a single question about moving costs, my house, anything that could have helped with the tax refund. DO NOT GO HERE!! Save your money and your time. They are unprofessional and do not care about you."
