In the past, I have found heating and air companies (among other services) seem to take advantage of those who don't know anything about their systems - often suggesting things that you may not necessarily need / over charge you, etc. However, Jimmy was extremely informative, clearly explained how my system worked and took his time (not rushed) and seemed to be very trustworthy. "First made contact with the company about 20 days ago and still waiting on service. I've contacted them numerous times over the past few weeks was told on two occasions that a technician would be out that day but no one showed. Was also told they would provide a 2hr notice when they were sending someone out, but we weren't given notice when they sent a tech out (two days after we were told they'd service the AC unit) so we weren't home to recieve them. However, they have always been polite and courteous."
