"I have been in this store many times. It was normal to be greeted by an employee upon entering, then assistance is offered if needed, by pleasant helpful employees. I went in with my son last night, June 24th, to look for some shoes. We were in the store maybe 20-25 minutes. The entire time, all we can hear is the two female employees, and a guy (not sure if he was an employee or just hanging out) talking about what I assumed was either a fellow employee or a manager. They made no effort to lower their voices while trash talking this person. We were unable to find the shoes my son wanted in his size. We were clearly looking through every box on the shelf to see if his size was available, in direct eye-line of the employees, and not one offer for assistance was made. The employees did not even speak to us the entire time we were in the store, and we were the ONLY customers in the store. I guess they couldn't be bothered to halt their inappropriate conversation until customers left the store, much less offer assistance. Will NEVER visit this store again. Horrible customer service."

"My shopping experience was good. I prefer no sales pressure and this store did not pressure me at all. The sales team were very friendly, answered my questions, and allowed me to shop at my own pace. I gave 4 stars because the store needs to stock more sizes in all brands of shoes."
