"I will never donate to this location again! The two men working at the donation spot were beyond unfriendly. It left a very sour taste in my heart for Goodwill."
"Purchased a Crazy Forts kit that is supposed to have 69 balls in it... we get it home and there are only 20 balls in the box!! What kind of business puts out merchandise for CHILDREN that doesn't have all the pieces?!? That is nothing but pure laziness and shows u OBVIOUSLY dont care abt ur job the ppl who shop in ur store or their kids!! Get it together Badwill..."
"Goodwill is est place to shop for anything u need want or could imagine. It's super organized cheap and an all around fun time of shopping or just browsing. Never know what u might find."
"They follow the ada laws (federal laws) and protect legitimate service animal handlers. I have never had an issue with my service dog coming with me and have been there a lot especially in the last few months. I am very thankful I don't have to worry about her getting attacked in that store. Kind managers who are always willing to learn and help out. Professional and know their stuff. Employees also answer questions when you ask and try their best to work with you."
"Arrived at Goodwill Cornelia shopped for a little bit Until I store associate came up to me, and my friend Ann threatened to kick him out with his service dog. They were very rude and did not have their name tag on but still asked repeatedly. What did the dog do and why did he have the dog my buddy told them the reason for having the dog and the proof that it was a service dog and still they continue to threaten to kick them out."
