When I came back to pick up my phone it wasn’t completely ready and while waiting I observed a young sales rep dealing with an elderly couple. I was really impressed how he treated them with such courtesy. So many of our younger generation do not treat the elderly with the respect they deserve. They fail to realize they too will be there one day. I’ll continue to do business with you & give a good ‘word of mouth’ recommendation, which is ALWAYS the best kind of advertisement"

"After making an online appointment, I took my phone in to Batteries Plus on Woodruff Road for a new IPhone 6 battery. Total cost was $69 and I had my phone back within the hour. Hopefully it will last until my dino phone is totally obsolete! And the customer service at this location is impeccable...they truly desire to be the best Great job guys! "I went in on Saturday June 2 without an appointment. They took my iPhone and installed a new battery, even tho I wasn't scheduled. Told me to come back in an hour, I came back in 45 minutes and it was already done. Perfect! The employees were so helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, can't say enough good things. I got a coupon for $10 off PC batteries, and I plan to take my PC there this week for a battery. They could not have been nicer or smarter. On another note, I saw an elderly lady paying for a purchase who was having trouble using her credit card. The employee was so patient, he came around from behind the counter and made sure she was doing it correctly, and explained to her what was happening. This is how I want my mother to be treated. I was really, really pleased with them."
