"We had old oak trees taken out and already had a flush out valve installed (by a different plumber)last year after a backup. We knew our 100 yr old clay sewer pipe to the street was on borrowed time. So I had already gotten a quote from Budget and 3 others. Not only was Budget $1,000 less than 2 of the others,Tom was the only one who wanted to go under the sidewalk. So when our system backed up right before bed , I called Budget. Naturally the the pipe was in horrible shape on the other side of the new flush out valve so everything was replaced, including the galvanized water pipe that runs along side the sewer pipe. With the extra work, I started stressing about cost and texting Tom. He was quick to reassure me we were in the original the parameters of the price he quoted. He's very calming and confident when your freaking out.I joke with friends how talking to him is like a reassuring hug...lol. He didn't raise the price for replacing an additional 8 ft. From past experiences, I know this is not normal with other plumbers.They will charge by the foot. So, everything is back to normal. We are very happy with Budget Plumbing, and plan to use them on our future projects. It's hard to find someone with such integrity. I recommend them for any plumbing needs."
