"I have a front load washer that went out. The company was readily available the same day to come out and evaluate the problem and let us know what the issue was and how much it was to repair. Unfortunately there was another underlying issue that was discovered the next day. They were very honest in letting us know that with the age of the machine and the cost of the part it would be best to buy a new machine. The best part is they fully refunded what we paid the previous day. I appreciate the timeliness is resolving the issue and the honesty and hard work. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends."
