"I also brought a Ryobi tool to B&B for warranty service as they are the ONLY Service Center in the area. I have to admit I was getting a little frustrated with Derek the owner because it was taking so long. I made several trips to the shop to check on my tool only to get the same answer that the parts are on back order. So I called Ryobi directly and they confirmed that the parts I required were expected to be available in another 90 days. I had already been waiting for 5 months. When I returned to B&B Derek told me he had submitted a request for a replacement, and received an approval, rather than just requesting the needed part. About 2 weeks later I received an email from Ryobi, completely unexpected, informing me that my replacement had been shipped. The following day FedEx delivered a new replacement. So although it seemed nothing was being done the truth is that B&B was working in the background on my behalf. I will return to B&B when I need small engine service, or warranty claims for my Ryobi/Ridgid tools."
"I will not use this company again. Ryobi referred me to this shop as an authorized repair company. I took a circular saw to them 6/30/23 for repair. I visited the shop twice after dropping it off and called once. B&B kept telling me they could not get parts. After several calls to Ryobi I was finally elevated to a supervisor on 11/10/23. The supervisor said if B&B truly could not get the parts they needed to fix my saw within 90 days, they were supposed to submit a replacement request. B&B never submitted that request. I discovered this after B&B had my saw for closer to 140 days. Thankfully the supervisor at Ryobi submitted the request and today I received my replacement saw. Thank you Ryobi. I have some gas-powered lawn equipment. I won’t be using B&B for those tools."
"Don’t waste your time unless you have 5 months of calling back and forth and calling Ryobi to get them to get these guys to do their job. In edit to the response below- they never reached out and when we called Ryobi, they confirmed the parts were sent and received a week and a half ago. We had to call them again and which they responded that they did receive it and they would work on it. They received the wrong part initially and never bothered to even tell us they received a part until we called and then they called back and said it was the wrong part. Blaming Ryobi is one thing, but when Royobi send the parts and it’s just sitting there until the customer calls is another thing."
"Took a Troy built push mower in for service. Got a bill for new carburetor. Sold it after using it twice to a guy who took it apart and said carburetor had not been replaced. Imagine that. Shame on u"
"These people seemed nice enough when I dropped off my Ryobi tool to be repaired over 16 weeks ago . They have not called me one time to inform me of what was going on. I have called them twice to find that my tool still wasn't ready."
