"Thomas and son was assigned by our home warranty company to come out and fix our oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. They initially stated they only had the info for the dishwasher. After calling the warranty company they found the other work info. When Cody came out without looking the the fridge said the company wouldn’t cover the damage. He said they would fix the oven and dishwasher but they needed parts. That was 12-15-22. Two weeks later I didn’t hear from them so I asked for an update. I was told the parts were on order. I called the warranty company to verify and they had not even given the warranty company an update which I believe is required to order parts. When I called the next day to ask the owner Tim/Thomas why, he told me they would request the company send somebody else and were offended at me checking with the company. Tim then hung up on me."
"Thomas & Sons was assigned to do our home warranty repair to fix our dishwasher. Got call from Cody and we set up appt. He arrived on time and quickly analyzed the problem and had warranty company order part. Unfortunately the part was on back order but as soon as it arrived Cody reached out, set up follow up appt, arrived on time and quickly installed. Very pleased with this company."
"Our home warranty company used this service for a washer repair, and we were really pleased! Cody called ahead, wore a mask without being asked during both diagnosis & repair, and was polite and friendly in every interaction. We're glad to have our washer fixed up in under a week, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them directly for any off-warranty work we need in the future."
"Vendor provided by my home warranty company. Vendor came out and addressed the washer issue. Cody was nice, but knew not what he was doing. I can (and did) google all the same things he was googling while he was in my home. Vendor then failed to submit the report to the warranty company even a week later. I had to call multiple times to get someone to do their job. This is one of those vendors that make warranty companies look bad because they don't do their part. 0 out of 10, do not recommend."
"CONSUMER BEWARE!! We had Thomas & Son come to our home as part of a home warranty visit. Cody was the individual that showed up to do the visit. Cody called ahead, and he said he would call me before he got to our home. He didn't do this. He got to our home, and he started an argument with my husband in front of our infant son and babysitter. When I got home, Cody was still at the house. Cody was walking out of our home, and I introduced myself. He was rude and cold. He said he had a problem and would be back. I watched him from our window while he was on the phone outside. He came back frustrated. He check the appliances and one of them needed a part. After he told me to"Come Here" and nothing else, he tried to prove there was nothing wrong with our dishwasher, but the malfunction occurred again. He left the house and said he had to order a part, but he didn't know the time frame when he would get it. He said his distributor was backed up because of COVID, but he would call us. After not hearing from Cody for 2 months, we called our home warranty company. Not only, did CODY not call us back, but he closed out the claim. HE LIED TO US!!!!!! Fortunately, the Home Warranty is sending another company out to fix the issue, because Cody couldn't seem to handle it. Point of this is Cody was rude, didn't stay true to his word and copped out on a job that he didn't complete. HE LIED AND DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB!"
