"I came to Starbucks on Black Friday. I expected them to be busy with people shopping but this was unacceptable. The line was wrapped around the building so I went inside. I ordered 3 drinks and ended up waiting almost an hour before they even made my drinks. Their priorities were mobile orders. While waiting, I witnessed one of the baristas “accidentally” stick her finger in one of the drinks. And then give it to another customer. They also had 5 people total working. Three were actually taking orders and making drinks, whereas the other two came out of the back, made themselves a drink and then go back the the back of the store while the rest of them were struggling. Shout out to the two girls who were taking orders and constantly restocking things. But the other three really need to do better."

"I live in Charleston, my mother lives in Moncks Corner. I was Elated when Starbucks opened here! It's Always Delightful visiting the location. Happy ambience and art and always a Friendly staff! Keep of the great work!"

"It's not just this Starbucks it's all of them. When I ask for specific amounts that's what I want. I macro count but I'm allowed to still have my Starbucks if made a certain way therefore I calorie count. I'm allowed to have measured out creamers so I always ask for very very light cream so light my drink still needs to look dark like coffee. Every single time I get my drink it's all creamer. I think from now on I'll be handing them back until it's made correctly. One girl even said they free pour then how do you know how many calories are in a drink if you free pour?? So that means the calories on the board are incorrect. Because I can guarantee you this has more than 1/4" of half and half. This is like your normal measurement of 1"."

"Got my venti latte and it felt light but I couldn’t see because there was a lot of foam. I open the lid about 8 mins later when I got to work and it was almost halfway gone. I go here like 3-4 times a week and this has happen more than often so now I am writing this. Employees make well above minimum wage to have this kind of service and as someone who has ran coffee shops in my early days this is disrespectful to people paying 10$ coffees. Do better please. You can see the foam on the inside of the cup still dripping down."
