"The donuts was wonderful. The employees and the service was horrible. The cashier Zyera did not have any customer service skills. How can she have good skills when the manager that was on duty was just as horrible. When the young guy that put my order together asked her about any deals she was not pleasant. I thinks Chic-fil-A need a customer service school and all the business need to send their employees there for training."

"I will be complaining. I paid $17 for a dozen doughnuts that should not have made it off the roller into a box. The service was good, but the doughnuts...KK's corporate office should be ashamed. I ordered ½ Jelly Filled, and ½ of those HAD NO JELLY IN IT! This is my 2nd and last mishap at this location. I suggest the Ladson Location."
