"Very clean. The associate was very friendly and greeted me and my family upon entering. There was not a very good selection for me to choose from. I have been to other Kate Spade stores and outlets and they have a better selection. But all in all it's ok just not for me."

"I love my Kate Spade purse and was debated when the strap buckle broke. The manager and team at this store took care of me. They allowed me an exchange and with excellent customer service. I felt so welcomed and valued that I bought a new wallet and my friend bought a purse and wallet. One was a Christmas gift and the manager made sure our receipt would be good if by any chance the Christmas present needed to be returned. So impressed by this professional and friendly staff. Thank you!!"

"I always find something here to add to my collection. Staff is always helpful answers questions in quick fashion. There was 3 staff members I came in contact with while on the store. One greeted me one offered help and other rang out my purchase. I enjoy looking around at the items they have. I found an Alice iPhone case and if I had an iPhone I would have bought it. I have android though."

He said the design here is lovely and is what he likes his woman to wear. It's great that it's also my favorite brand. Many of my husband gifts to me were from here. There's none of them that I dont like. The display is bright and makes it easy to shop around."
