Being busy packing things away, Ms. Lana still took time to ask if she could be of help, first we said no, I then asked her afterwards to tell us what shoe would be best for my husband as support since his foot was angled a little. She gave us an amazing rundown in models and explained "great, better, best". After trying the different pairs on my husband went with the "best" model. Myself, just browsing, I found two pair of shoes in the discount section, which was buy one get one free. Lana checked me out, again very helpful, and gave me military discount when I asked for it. She has amazing customer service skills, I have rarely had such a pleasant shopping expierence. Give that girl a raise!!!"
