"The WORST customer experience I have had in years. I had returned to the Ariat store to EXCHANGE a belt I had purchased for a family member that was too small. Upon checkout I was informed that I owed an additional $14 for the same priced belt of $55. When I asked the kind young man why, he couldn’t answer, and went to ask for help and returned with Mrs. RUDE. She seemed to be highly annoyed because I didn’t want to pay extra for the same priced belt. Her sassy response in front of my young children trivialized the issue and said she was unable to honor the same price and made the excuse that it was made of a different material and the that holiday sale is over. I understand some companies have different policies, but you can keep the rudeness. No longer wanting to waste my time I requested to speak with a manager. After waiting for several minutes for the manager who didn’t show up, I left paying the extra. I won’t shop at this store anymore."
