"I went there yesterday around 8:30pm and asked staff to help me find a work appropriate racer back tank. The employees standing by the registers were unhelpful. The gentleman informed me he didn’t work in the women’s section so he wouldn’t know. Reasonable. The lady who did work in the women’s section informed me she didn’t know where anything was because they just did a product rearrangement. Didn’t even give me a ballpark idea of where I could find workwear. Didn’t make an attempt to look or help me find anything else. Imagine standing at the register chatting and acting like helping customers is a foreign concept in a retail store. I did try on a dress but wasn’t able to zip it myself. I was too uncomfortable to ask them for help bc it was clear they did not want to. I ditched the dress and ended up purchasing one from Loft next door, where the employees were helpful, kind and actually doing their jobs."

"I typically don’t complain because I work retail too and know how hard it can be. I Went in this store the other day, the staff was very rude and not very helpful. I purchased clothes and later came back to return them because I found clothes elsewhere and asked if I can return them the lady seemed as though she has an attitude and like she didn’t want to be there. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location and just head to the one in Savannah instead."

"This is the only place I’ve found that sells pants that are compliant with my company’s uniform dress code, so my coworkers and I have all flocked in to get them. Each visit I’ve been helped by an associate with a positive attitude, but my most recent trip was stellar! Store manager Maya (I hope I spelled it right) was awesome! She helped me find exactly what I needed with ease and gave excellent customer service."

"The staff here weren't bothering at all. They simply asked if I needed help and when I said no they continued about helping others. But when i finally needed help they assisted well. The check out girl was new but was very nice. I got a GREAT deal in comparison to what i was going to pay for the same thing at the Express in Savannah mall"
