"stupidity is what they hire there went here to buy 2 bras and was measured wrong to begin with but no worries i can just go to the store and correct it, right? that was a nightmare. first the girl didn’t even check to see if my “size” was in stock online before putting money on a gift card so i basically was out of luck & had to reorder bras. finally found bras i liked enough to get & the manager orders the wrong damn color. i’m over it & contacting corporate"

"Unfortunately I had to change my review for this store from 5 stars to one. Sadly I went in not long ago to purchase a bra. Not only did they not have much of a selection to choose from but I was there probably 20 to 30 mins and not one single person offered to help me. It was such a disappointment. They used to have such a great selection of bras and friendly staff who were eager to help you. They helped the lady who came in after me but ignored me. Sad part is that I was prepared to spend a good amount of money that day but took my business elsewhere after the way I was treated. All the workers did was look at me."

"Highly impressed by this place as of recent. I haven't been in Lane Bryant in a long time and was needing to grab a few pieces for an upcoming trip we took. Rest of the stores that I wanted to go into were not open until noon. Wow, still shocked by that on a weekday. But they were open and got my business. Associates were very nice and was offered help right away. Looked up pieces that I was interested in and offered to have them shipped to me if I wanted. I bought a couple of items and service was top notch. Selection in this store was wonderful compared or a few I had been in. I will def be back in here again in the future when I have more time."
