"Very disappointed with our experience at this overrated store. We had bought a few prom dresses previously but very disappointed with my daughter’s wedding dress experience. They were very rude when the dress was tried on for alterations and did not demonstrate good customer service in any way. They made us feel like we were an inconvenience. They were not concerned if she was satisfied with the alterations, did not ask if we were pleased or have anything to say when we picked up her wedding dress. Very disappointing!"
