"My friend and I both ordered a venti coffee (same one) and we received each drink 3/4 of the way full. When we asked why he said, “how else would like for me to make it. You said light ice.” This is a drink that we both order regularly at several Starbucks locations and they’re always properly made and filled. Very disappointing to see how rude this location was."
