"BEN WAS AMAZING! my friend and i drove through and ordered a pink drink and a dragon fruit mango drink, along with some snacks! my friend funnily cut me off when i said i wanted a cake pop and completed the order. as soon as we pulled up to the window ben swung it open with the biggest smile and said “WHO SAID THEY WANTED A CAKE POP! let’s make it happen!” He was absolutely AMAZING, definitely needs to be recognized!"

"This is my favorite Starbucks , everyone is nice and surprisingly happy especially first thing in the morning . I’m not a regular costumer but when I need Starbucks this is where I go to . Always a long line but moves real quick ."

"This Starbucks location is actually one of the worst locations I've been to around the Charleston area and/or as a company/franchise. Workers were not paying attention during a rush hour because they were distracted talking among themselves when 100% was required on providing timely and efficient service. The coffee was poor and bitter because they barista was just standing around and slowly moving around when she actually decided to. Do yourself a favor and save the time/money from getting your beverage here."

"Worst starbucks I’ve ever gone to. Constantly slow and dirty. The baristas don’t know how to do their job. I was a partner in seattle and I look at them make my drinks. Every step they did was incorrect and my drinks tasted terrible. This location needs new management that can provide correct training and keep the employees in check. The Milks are left on the counter constantly which makes them warm and ruins all consistency. The whip creams still have the chargers attached and are also left out of the fridge. The tea pitchers are made incorrectly which makes it watered down because employees are lazy and don’t fill with ice the rest of the way, they fill with water to the line. The employees all look like they hate their job. Some are rude, nobody smiles. The employees have shorts hanging off their bottoms showing their underwear and they make your drink while constantly pulling their pants up. Counters are filthy! Terrible all around! Just don’t go here."

"Second time in a week that the Starbucks is closed over 15 minutes earlier than 9pm. Today I was standing at Starbucks at 8:35 until 8:50 with no one there. And when I go to shop without my Starbucks I see the worker roaming the store. With her hat backwards and wearing a pink sweater. This Starbucks needs to get their employees in line."
