"Kendall was absolutely wonderful to meet and absolutely had her shi together, she made all the drinks with no book and made them right to the tea !! I heavily appreciate your working all alone with such a positive attitude with soo many people to cater to alone!! Props to Kendall she’s a wonderful barista and deserves all the gratitude a customer can give :)"

"Ordered on mobile at 7:55am. The app said the order would be ready at 8:05. Not only was it not ready. I was not given my order for another 10 minutes. There is no reason one order takes 20 Minutes! People plan ahead for a reason. Either someone needs to update the app with correct wait times or they need to start prioritizing the mobile orders. It was absolutely ridiculous."

"I love our local Starbucks, and their staff is top-notch. Despite always being very busy, employees are very kind, polite, and greet you with a smile. Can't say I'm a big fan of the new remodel, though. I feel like it makes the atmosphere cold and unwelcoming."

"Very slow. I was third in line. I walked into Starbucks at 6:20 and left at 7:05. I wouldn’t return. I didn’t dine in or anything. There was two workers. One on their phone the whole time and didn’t help while the girl was extremely slow."

"Came to the reviews after having a horrible experience here. And seems like everyone else has had the same experience. Both ladies working were incredibly rude. Mocking me because I asked for a straw, also threw it on the counter and I heard the other girl mumble something under her breath about asking for a straw. When I ordered. The woman never said a word. She walked away before I even tried to pay and never came back to the register."
