"BEWARE BEWARE DO NOT COME HERE FOR WEDDING GOWN PURCHASES! Shoanne's in North Augusta definitely deserves no stars and does not know how to properly run a business! Their customer service is horrendous, deceptive, and built on a web of lies!!! I would recommend everyone to run away from this place and don't look back. I have used them for my wedding coming up this August. We ordered my wedding dress in February. However, between the time frame of then and now, there has steadily been poor communication on their end as well as consistent lies about how they will contact me when my dress is ready for pickup. There has only been one phone call to discuss dress details (which is unusual since they should've known the dress description based on the order name) and one text message informing me that they will let me know when the dress is ready. Throughout the many months passed, the owner would intentionally lie to both my mother and I about the order status, claiming we are the "next in line" for alterations (they would go an entire month without further contact). My husband and I decided to visit the store so they would be obligated to speak with us about the order - the greatest concern was the owner went to the shopping racks to get my dress, which anyone could've grabbed! One day, we were so frustrated that we went inside the store recently to pick up the unalterated dress and have decided to take it to a seamstress. The employee on the last encounter had also lied to us saying the same lie of us being next for alterations. Their poor ethical values as a business are spread among their employees too, making the business as a whole, unworthy of good paying customers such as myself and will absolutely NEVER return to them! **UPDATE: My husband and I drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up the veil today (which should've been included with my dress on the day of pickup)! Prior to our arrival, we spoke with both the owner and Donna (an employee) over the phone and Donna had explicitly lied to us again by saying Shoanne was not here today and they could send my veil through mail order. However, it was conspicuous that the owner was in the store since we could hear communication between them while on the phone! We refused the mail order and I made Donna aware that I either get my veil or a refund today because the service has been outrageous and mentioned how they are very unorganized (they claimed my veil could not be found)! While at the store, we verified through the ticket number that the veil was indeed mine, however, it was under someone else's name! I am lucky that I picked up my veil in time or else it would've been given to a different customer that didn't pay for it!!! This place has not only earned a bad reputation for lying, but don't know how to organize orders correctly! Do not be surprised if you pay for all items without receiving everything paid for! Worst service ever!"

"This is a hidden gem in North Augusta. Located beside PetSmart and Hamrick’s, the location is very convenient. You will find one-of-a-kind dresses, so you won’t have to worry that someone else is wearing the same dress to your formal event. Prices range from pricey to reasonable, and there are multiple clearance racks. Also, there are sizes for the very small and the more curvy woman. Don’t wait til the last minute! Our dress took 4 fittings to get it right, but the staff is courteous and works quickly to ensure your dress is ready by the date you give them. The seamstress work was very well done and professional, even though they made some pretty big changes to the back of the dress. Take a look at the pic. I recommend Sho-Ane’s over the other place any day. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the first alteration was way too small and the next a little too big, but that may be completely reasonable when fitting a very special one-of-a-kind dress. Again, just give yourself time and this staff will make sure you are happy!"

"RUN AND DON’T LOOK BACK!! My daughter and I went in to get her prom dress 2 Months in advance. We didn’t check the status until about a month before the prom. Didn’t want to call, assuming she was working on it. The dress was the only one in the store and it was too small for my daughter. Shoane stated she could attach a corset in the back so the dress would fit. We called and she stated we could pick up the dress. When my daughter got there they gave her the dress just as it was when we purchased it (no corset attached). ***Update*** Ms. Shoane accommodated myself and my daughter to complete the alterations. A sincere thanks for the refund and finished dress."

"I love the new location! It is beautiful and spacious. The dresses were absolutely amazing. Tried on 8 different styles out of hundreds and was even able to purchase a wedding dress the same day! They do alterations, but the dresses were the best fit by-far. David’s Bridal was a waste of time. Don’t bother! Go here first!! Quality dresses and affordable prices, half of whatever David’s Bridal is selling because their $100-$250 prices are for skirts and not the dress itself. Don’t be fooled! I absolutely the staff and service. Third generation buyer of Sho-Ane! Quality always lasts!"

"1 pleased and happy bride. Sho anne gave me exactly what I asked for. I purchased the dress on sale, she carefully added fabric for the train and created the high split in the front. This was all done in 1 month. My photographer referred me here(next level productions)."
