"The store on Knox Ave has very rude employees. Went to drop donations off today and was treated very rudely. Will never donate anything here again."

"Store seems to be well maintained and somewhat organized. Prices are pretty good for the most part, but a few things seemed a bit too highly priced. They do not allow patrons to use their restroom, which seems odd since it is a public store, so we did not get to stay as long as we would have liked which was frustrating since we came from out of town."

"The staff is very friendly and the process are also really reasonable. It's a really large facility, despite how small it appears from the exterior. The staff keeps it really clean and organized which makes it easy to shop. I've donated and shipped here and have had a positive experience each time."

"Went to make a donation but this weird guy was decorating the donations like it was his room and said he works there which is not true. I saw him go into a womans car to take something out cause he told her he was an employee. DANGEROUS he is very odd with his washing stuff and decorating the area. He makes a wall with items and hides behind it. He hangs out there all day on sundays I came back later like 6 pm he was still there with his bike. Stay away go to goodwill donation on sunday. Looks like an accident waiting to happen. Do no trust this guy he is on something. Has been there every sunday that I tired to go."
