"The specialty drinks are very good but the price is still crazy. Staff was okay. I wish Starbucks would not allow tipping of their employees and just pay them a good enough wage it's ridiculous to pay astronomical prices for a drink and then tip them."

"Today I experienced not just the worst customer service ever at Starbucks but perhaps the worst customer service ever at any food or beverage establishment. I showed up to somebody apparently making my order and putting it out. I sat at the end of the counter and was not even acknowledged. Several times as people came by I tried to to get somebody's attention and nothing so assuming that usually it takes a minute, even though it wasn't very busy at the time, I patiently waited and about 15-20 minutes later a young lady (who had walked in the vicinity several times) asked me what I was waiting for and after explaining, she looked over, saw my order and with a snarky attitude looked at me and said "well in the future you should probably ask if your order's ready" which in the past I've never had an issue because as soon as I've walked in, within minutes somebody usually asks me what I'm waiting for, do I need anything? hello, how was your day? something but today. Nothing not at all and so once I got my order, my food which was hot, at that point had been sitting there was now cold and stale and my drink, my iced coffee was watered down from the ice melting totally horrible but I did not have time at that point 20 minutes later just sitting waiting. Easily the worst experience I've ever had in F&B."

"Extremely long wait times and store full of customers waiting. Walked out after waiting 30 minutes for a latte! Poor management at its finest! I won’t waste my time or money at another Starbucks"

"My favorite places to go..today we just took a drive to Aiken with Our new puppy and she was able to get her pup cup for free and she really enjoyed..I just had to get My Carmel frappe..I love it here ❤️"

"Coffee on the go or dine in! Has a lot of parking spaces. Good customer service. Has chairs and tables outside if you just want to chill out with friends/relatives."
