"The technician looked at the back of the fridge and stated he sees the problem and quote it will cost $199 to cut a small part of the pipe line to the icemaker and reconnect the same pipeline. He also unscrewed the faucet took out a tiny washer. I was so disappointed and it took him less than 5 minutes to complete the task. UPDATE: I had to call another company a month ago to fix what this company had done, and it cost ONLY $70 to replace the tube that should have been replaced. I was told that I won't have any more problems with the pipeline since it has been replace. SMH"
