They will not remove her from the books, instead tells me to fill out a Do Not Call form, which I have done twice already. And guess what? They STILL call her. I think how they do business, of cold calling and harassing the elderly is very disgusting. We have communicated multiple times to leave her alone but they just won’t do it. I personally wouldn’t do business with them if I was elderly because I am just blown away at their business techniques."
