"I went to get glasses because I was having a hard time seeing and was scammed. Instead of them selling me what I asked for which was transitioning glasses I ended up with straight sunglasses. I don't believe they have medicine in them because I can't tell any difference. I told the lady that they were supposed to be transitional and that sunglasses weren't going to do me any good when I went Inside. She tells me well for another 168 dollars we can do that. I have waited almost 3 weeks already. I explained everything to her and she didn't care, didn't try to help me at all. On top of that they are hot pink and were supposed to be black, they don't fit my face. They did the eye exam televised. Like how"

"I was extremely pleased with my first visit to Stanton Optical. I had eye exam and was very impressed with the eye doctor. Michelle helped me pick out frames and was very knowledgeable about all of the frames I tried on. She took her time and made sure I was satisfied with the frames I chose. She was very accurate with the measurements on my lenses and made sure they were marked exactly where they should be (this was a reoccurring problem at a competitor Down the street.) So thankful for her help and I love my glasses! I will definitely be back!"

"Appointment was easy to make online. They accepted my caregiver Medicaid which no one else in the industry would file or even give a discount. I got 1 designer frame one standard. Both contact and glasses exam for $255. Jennifer in the back was amazing and accommodated my needs. She made the appointment feel personal. The frame staff helped me get a good deal and were able to make both pair while I waited. I have single vision lenses and did the plastic as I always do. Overall 10 out of 10 experience. Only downside I noticed was the building smells like urine. Could be that the building is old idk my nose is also very sensitive so could just be me."

"I had a wonderful experience at this location in Anderson sc. I have been in the field for over 35 years and I wish I had a few of these employees work with me. I want to say to this company you have a young lady named Jennifer who works on the Dr side who’s only been with you for a short time but she is amazing, she explains everything and very very pleasant that somebody you need to keep around on top of that. Your office manager helped me out when I was finished picking out my glasses and she was extremely helpful and nice. Also, I would recommend anybody going there with or without insurance and I did not have insurance and it did not break the bank and I ended up with two pair of glasses that I truly love ."

"I was highly highly impressed with my visit. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The service was very helpful and very informative. I was able to pick up my glasses the same day, actually that afternoon. I don’t really know what I was expecting but the visit overall was very impressive. I have been bragging about the experience and staff to everyone! I would highly recommend the store to everyone! I don’t have eye insurers and the prices were very reasonable. Wonderful experience"
