And all of the dental assistants seem to be friendly but the receptionist some of them are sort of rude and they are rude when you miss an appointment and threaten to drop your family if you miss an appointment people Miss appointments sometimes especially if you're a busy parent things happen I'm tired of feeling like just another client they drop you and then move on to the next I want to feel like we're appreciated the kids didn't do anything wrong they should care more about their patients than to just dismiss them over them missing an appointment All because they get mad if the if you don't give them a 72-hour advance on rescheduling only because someone else could have had that appointment it's all about the money to them you do one thing wrong and they'll cut you off that is not love or care"
