"Great when first opened, but now my order is hardly correct. I always order through the app, so I don’t know how they keep getting my order wrong. I can’t have certain things, so it’s frustrating when you pay for something that you have to discard. The people are always nice though, so I have two stars."

She really made our day with her positivity and kindness on such an early Saturday morning! Please, if you see a girl named Emma working there, know that you are going to get the best service! I wish I lived around here, because I would give this Starbucks my business every day! Thanks to this Starbucks for being such a delight!"

"I love it when a Starbucks employee tells me that they’re busy, but she and two young girls are giggling and talking about things they see on their phones. While another person is training, a new employee, and isn’t paying attention to anybody else.. while customers are waiting way past the estimated time for pick up."

"Used to be great, but lately everytime i have ordered my drink with extra mocha, its like they dont even put the regular amount of mocha in it. Can’t even taste it."

"I do try to avoid the Green Siren people but this was convenient and comfortable and not at all far out of my way. It was a good stop for my "first office" of the day and my second coffee. Wifi worked well, the "Shaken Iced Espresso" was prepared as requested and there was no issue with me taking up a table for a while with my laptop. Friendly staff and a comfortable spot. Maybe a little loud but if you want quiet, try the library!"
