Starbucks

"This used to be my favorite Starbucks and I haven’t stopped here in a while. I came around 3 o’clock on January 28, 2024 and I ordered a grande mocha cookie crumble. First off, it felt like it was warm milk. It wasn’t even cold and it’s a Frappuccino go figure.. Second, it tasted like pure chocolate syrup. I drink one of these a day, But I was taking my son to Topgolf, and I figured I would stop here on my way. Bad decision…. The older gentleman at the register was rude. I told him thank you have a nice day, and he just straight up, ignored me. And he hurt me because I said it loud enough. But my drink that I just paid seven dollars for it was absolutely disgusting and I threw it out the window I was so pissed. Not even about the money because I have over 1500 stars. It’s just the product, and the level of service was terrible."

"To say this sandwich was HORRIBLE is an understatement. The sandwich was dry , the bread was hard . I literally can’t believe I wanted $5 and some change on this sandwich. I should’ve just stuck with the oatmeal like I always do . The only positive thing I can say is the young black girl was super nice . However I wasn’t given a receipt after me been asked did I want one and I told her yes and still didn’t get one . I went through the drive through on 12/28/23 between 9:15a and 9:30a"

"Guys this is really sad because we love this place and literally go there every week. They used to host art from local artists that you could just hang up, and every week they give a shout out to one of their favorite customers. Unfortunately though most of the staff is very friendly, sometimes they seem to neglect your orders to an infuriating degree. I ordered a Pike's Place (just a regular shmegular coffee) and it was super watery and Milky, I couldn't taste any coffee. I asked them to remake it, and it came back worse than before. The mighty have fallen :'("

"This is my favorite Starbucks, hands-down. I always get the best service and the best drinks. I love the quiet and cozy atmosphere and it’s a great place to get some work done. Love the shaded patio area and it’s not crazy busy. Kind and clearly very hard working baristas. I’ve seen them handle very rude customers with kindness."

"Monday through Friday I deliver from Columbia sc to Greenville sc my normal stop is star bucks after I deliver to my Job site on Pelham ridge rd. Was My Favorite Drink Carmel ribbon crunch..normally the ladies fix my drink.this time at the drive thru window September 26,2023 there were an Indian American or regular white American with black curly hair and the other kid was fixing my drink I really couldn’t see his face,but the both of them were laughing and laughing and the one who was fixing my drink his head was tilt downward constantly and to be honest I don’t ever recall seeing any of the females hanging over by the window area for a long time trying to fix any of my caramel ribbon crunch drinks..this individual spit ~ Spit~ Spit in my drink and I should’ve known better not to drink that but I did. And I was sick and took me two days to clean my mouth out.I stop drinking sodas but needed something strong to flush his spit out of my mouth..it’s sad and disgusting.I don’t know what word to use. But I do know God Will deal with the both of them. I Pray that the manager play the camera’s back before they disrespect Any American and most importantly An African American. I forgive them for the sin they committed towards me."
