Starbucks

"I don’t like the fact that every time I come thru the drive thru they are using the card machine to ask for a tip when your card is being charged. I feel that it is too pushy when I spent close to 25 to 30$ a day almost 7 days a week. The coffee is already expensive."

"Longest wait ever at a Starbucks, especially considering there were only two cars in the drive thru. Pulled up and asked why the wait was so long and apparently you can place a mobile order while you're in the drive-thru instead of ordering at the speaker, then force everyone else to wait until that order has actually been processed through the mobile app and becomes available for the folks inside to see so they can even begin to make it for you, hence holding up the entire drive thru line."

"This Starbucks is *slow*—not in terms of time to make your order, but in terms of mental capacity. The order was taken as if someone was a few frapps short of a cino, and both drinks were made the same way: one two inches from the top of the drink, the other like a hot fudge sundae. Perhaps Starbucks needs to bring a training day back to this location."

"I visit multiple Starbucks each week and this one consistently overfills the cup. It may seem like a minor thing, but when I have to clean up a sticky mess it’s no longer worth paying for. Why can’t you just use a different cup? I won’t stop going to Starbucks but I won’t be visiting this location any longer. Today was the 3rd time in a row I have coffee and caramel all over my cup holder. Never again."

"Beautiful location with a spacious interior, located on the edge of what I’d consider downtown proper. As expected, very busy on the morning commute into Greenville. Friendly staff that prepare drinks to order. The egg bites were fabulous! I ordered my favorite - Green Tea Frapp with peppermint syrup."
