"I love Shasta Coffee Co. I usually order a toffee coffee latte. My son gets the wraps there and a Carmel Frappuccino occasionally. My husband usually just gets what I get. The coffee is good and food options are pretty good. But the customer service is always amazing. But especially last week. I came to the dive through to order. I had my dog with me on net last day for a nice ride along before we went to the park one last time with her. The young man (I wish I got his name) asked me how my day was and I was honest. He gave us a little pup cup for her. At the end he had me pull around and gave me a hug and said some beautiful words to me. He was very young but very wise and compassionate. I will continue to come to Shasta coffee Co."

"This place is really nice and peaceful. It's squeaky clean too. The guy was cleaning twice while I was there for an hour. I can tell the cashiers really like what they do and make recommendations based on what you like. I felt welcomed. The treats are very good too."

"Monday, Columbus Day (so maybe schools are out?), the place is full, line to order is long. Time to receiving coffee after ordering-12+ min. That’s a good problem! Place is popular! Very nice employees. There is a drive-through but I didn’t realize it until I got out of the car. It’s not intuitive. I ordered a large maple vanilla extra hot latte. I love the three ingredients but they didn’t work well together. That’s user error! Lol I would definitely go back here while in town."
