"Took my little 4lb Yorkie for a bath and cut, after her being there over 8 hours I was handed my poor cut, not washed, flee infested baby back. My Yorkie had no flees prior to drop off and came home with over a dozen or more on her. Was covered in hair after picking her up since they did not bathe her but charged me for it. The worst $65 I’ve spent EVER! This was our first and only visit! Do NOT recommend!!"

"Very unprofessional and very rude! I waited a week and a half for an appointment. Took my dog in today at 12:15 for the 12:30 appointment and four hours later he is not ready. I called to check at 4 I was told he would be ready at 7.what???? Who keeps a dog for 6 or 7 hours just for a haircut. The owner showed no remorse for it taking that long. Still charged me 15 for a bath. Both times I went there the owner and employee were outside on a smoke break. Wonder why it takes u 7 hours to groom a dog... never again!! Wouldn’t even give them 1 star"

"I really like this place. My dog has gone there a couple times and I’ve been happy every time. My dog hates being groomed, like most dogs, but they are super patient and caring. They are so efficient and quick without sacrificing integrity of the cut. Love this place!"

"Made an appointment yesterday afternoon, got there this morning and they were “closed, sorry for the inconvenience”. I work nights so getting the dogs ready to go and to the shop by 10 IS an inconvenience. Over the past year they’ve tried to send my dogs home with one ear not cleaned and nails not cut as well. I used to really enjoy their service, but at his point I won’t be back."

"I have been using Top Dog Spa for a while now for my dog. She loves it there. She always comes home with a good cut and in good spirits. The staff is always friendly, accommodating and not only do they truly seem to care for my dog but they make sure to communicate with me about the experience and how she is doing. I've recommended the Spa to family members who now take their dog here as well and love it. I decided that it was time to write a review though because today I brought in my new dog, a three year old rescue with abandonment issues, anxiety and issues with cages. Top Dog Spa was considerate and compassionate, keeping the two girls together or in line of sight with each other, putting them in side by side kennels and helping this new girl feel at ease. Any of you who have rescued a traumatized pup knows how important that gentle care can be and how little things can trigger big fears. My girls came home happy and at ease. A big thanks to Top Dog Spa for being as awesome as you are."
