"I ordered a birthday cake 3 weeks before the party to be picked up Dec 5th at noon I got there before noon and the cake had not even been made they had to look for my order slip that was not put in the right place when I ordered the cake all they had was chocolate which was not a problem but a pin going to pick up they didnt even have chocolate only marble which was not a problem the problem was I got there early to pick up the cake and they had not even started it. I watched them look for it and find the order slip and they tried to play it off that they didnt have the stuff when that wasnt even it"
