"I'm not sure how this place has such a high star rating. Any place that isn't open for people to see what's going on with their pets won't get an outstanding rating from me. But for the fact they took my dog as a walk-in when they normally go by appointment is this place getting a two star rating from me. I heard what sounded like my dog yelping after requesting a nail trimming. She's never really yelped before and I wanted to make sure she was okay, so I opened the door and was promptly met with the lady telling me to shut the door. Not if I think you're hurting my dog, I won't. I'll break down a door to see if she's okay. The first time I approached, to ask if they'll accept a walk-in, I did knock. But you didn't have my dog then, so no, I don't care about shutting the door when you have her. I'm new to the area, so I don't know many dog grooming places around here yet, but I'll be quick to say there's something odd about this place, and I don't think I'll be visiting again. Also, the lady told me that they don't accept cards. I'm not sure if that is permanent or if their card swiping system was down. She told me cash or check. Edit: To the Powell response: I don't care what your sign says. When I hear my dog yelping, I'm going to open whatever door is between us. Don't be ridiculous. But don't worry. I'm never returning to this awful place, and I'm clearly not the only one with a bad experience here. I can voice my opinion and thoughts on any business I'd like. If your business was any good, you'd be more gracious of a complaint."

"If you want customer service this is not the place. The helper Nancy, was not only rude when we dropped off our dog but very aggressive! The owner as I'm waiting on my mother's dog was busy on her phone. When confronted bout Nancy she did nothing to defuse the situation! Our animals are our family! Customer service was absolutely horrible! Will not be back! If you can't see in to see what they are doing and you have a bad feeling, stick with your gut! Wish I did! Daisy is a 11yr old 3 legged Yorkie. Just found blood on her neck! Her fur was stiff..I wet a napkin down to wipe the back of her neck and it was blood! I took pictures! Don't use this place!! I'm not one to post any negatives bout any business! This one was bad!!"
