"The staff here are incredibly compassionate. The services are affordable, prompt, and trustworthy, and even just the basic urn is lovely and comes with individual cremation, although they have plenty of other options for memorials/services. Beth and the GM (I'm so sorry I can't recall your name!) are incredibly kind and helpful. When I lost my elderly dog on Christmas Eve in the late evening, they showed up for us without hesitation and were incredibly patient. They allowed us all the time we needed, and made a very difficult process so much easier. They were absolute saints, and on a holiday night, no less! I haven't been able pick him up yet (no fault of the company), but I trust he's safe and sound until I am able to do so."
