It's 2:30 and my friend has not received her flowers that her husband ordered for her a week ago! Bring Bill and Rayford back and get out of the flower business!! You were crazy to let them go to begin with!"

"Put in an order through ProFlowers on Feb 8th. This florist was given the business. They called at 7:30 pm to ask if I still wanted the delivery that I ordered for Valentines Day due to the time. I said yes. Called an hour later for an update, they said they were waiting for their delivery driver to return and they’d then deliver the order for me. It’s now past 10 o’clock, and no delivery. No phone call, no answer when I call. Complete let down. Way to ruin a holiday, when you had almost a week to prepare for. I’d go anywhere else if you actually want to receive the product and honest customer service. Over $100 wasted and a let down for the intended recipient."
