Ramada by Wyndham Hilton Head 200 Museum Street, Hilton Head Island, SC 29926

"Check-in was quick and lady gave me Ground (1st) floor on request, that's the only best part of the hotel. There is no door sign that says make-up or clean my room, just "Do Not Disturb" sign. I asked front office receptionist if l my room will be cleaned since I need new towels and trash out. She said as long as "Do Not Disturb" sign is not hung on door, someone will be there to clean the room. We left around 11 am and came back at 8 pm to see our room was not cleaned, no fresh towels and trash was full. Humidifier kept complaining about full bucket which I was not sure how to operate, so left is as is. Breakfast is OK, nothing compared to Holiday Inn or Hampton's, not sure how is it 3 star Ramada...."

"Arriving at 9:00 p.m. it was very refreshing to find the manager of the hotel welcoming and very cheerful. She gave me my choice of room and showed me where on the hotel layout the room would be. The bed was very comfortable with lovely pillows. The shower was nice and strong. The breakfast was delicious: biscuits, bacon, sausage, eggs, cold cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit and juice, coffee and tea. We left behind a belt which Mina, the manager, cheerfully volunteered to send to me. When I offered my credit card number, she refused and said she would cover the cost. All in all, a very pleasant stay. Oh, and if you are a golfer, there is a small putting green available!"

"I will never stay here again. The staff was nice and all but seem not for really care about our concerns. When we checked in they put us in a room for the disable and said that’s all they had. In addition, we always check our sheets when we get into a room and notice that they had hair and some other stuff in them. The bathroom was dirty. So they called house keeping to come change the sheets and clean then bathroom. The morning we were getting ready to check out they had construction going on in the room above us while we were trying to sleep in. On top of the fact that the breakfast was terrible, literally it seem like everything came straight from the microwave with them. Spoke to the staff member when I checked out about our concerns instead of her showing that she cared she was like oh okay and asking me questions. I just said thank you and left. Never again will we stay there. Let’s just say it is true when they say, you get what you pay for."

"The staff was quite nice, as well as the lobby. But that was the best part. The room I was in had a broken mirror with an antique looking counter and the sanitary conditions were not the best but livable for a night at most. Besides that I also found a full chicken in my freezer by the previous guests. Also outside noise is clear to hear. Because I did not feel safe and other such things I will have to give a 2 star rating at most."

"I've definitely been to better hotels. Average room in an older building. Staff was nice and the breakfast was decent, but there was some dirt in the bathroom and there was a small hole in the wall, like someone had hit it, as well as ants we had found in the bed. Location wise, decently close to other attractions around Hilton Head which was a plus."
