"As a former employee, I was extremely disappointed in the work experience I had at Greenbriar. The work environment was toxic and unprofessional (gossip, not speaking, poor boundaries, confidentiality breaches, etc.) The Executive Director was unsupportive and incompetent. Children in the shelter did not receive adequate services, actually little to no services, that they need to support the challenges they were experiencing. Staff coverage was always short, which regularly leaves the children unsupervised. I was surprised to see the inside operations of this organization. Honestly, I don’t see how they are still in operation."
