"I wouldn't recommend this doctor office to anyone. Dr. Evans retired and we weren’t notified by mail or phone.All we knew was the new doctor name would be Dr. Felicia whom I don’t know. They are very unprofessional and not organized at all. Customer service are horrible and They makes appointments for you that you do even know about it. It’s sad!!!"

"Dr Coates has made this transition so much easier for me and my daughter. I have been more open with my daughter thanks to Dr Coates. Her and her staff always give excellent service! She has been so patient and understanding! I wouldn’t trust my daughter with anyone else when it comes to this subject matter! Great job Dr Coates and staff!"

"I wouldn’t recommend this doctors office to anyone. It took a few visits for us to see the doctor we wanted to see. It has taken over an hour to and a half to be seen. This facility is very disgusting. Routine cleaning definitely isn’t done. They tried to put us in a room that had open needles on the table. The next room we got put in the floors we’re dirty there was mold in the windows sill as well as a bunch of flies. My daughter had thrown up on the floor and when my husband wiped it up there was layers of dirt on the paper towel. The bathroom in the waiting room is disgusting, the trash can looked like it had vomit and feces all over it."

"If I could give a lower review rating I most definitely would! Made an appointment 2 months out for new patient visit and made it a point to ask if a grandparent could take my daughter in due to my work schedule. They told me it was no problem and that was fine. Well come appointment day/time my grandfather calls to tell me they won't let my daughter get seen without a parent or guardian present. Next available appointment is again 2 months out and my daughter has a skin condition that needs to be looked at and taken care of. Whole reason why I even scheduled the appointment in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous! I'm so disgusted with this office!"

"Dr. Taylor is absolutely amazing! My daughter has been running a fever 4 days straight & Dr. Taylor did everything she could to make my baby feel comfortable. The receptionist, Leonor, was accommodating & made our experience a pleasurable one as soon as we came in. The medical assistant, Ashley, was quick in action & helped to make my daughter feel calm. The nurse, Sharon, was amazing as well! She was informative, smiling, & welcoming. This was the absolute best visit & I look forward to seeing this team again! Thank you ladies & wonderful job!!"
