"I spend a lot of time in Holiday Inns across the state of Georgia. I can honestly say that this location is BEST for customer service. Tiana Brewington goes out of her way to welcome customers into the Motel, and she brought my Coca Cola to my room that I had forgotten on the front desk. I know it was only a Coke, but she could've kept it. It says a lot about a person when they are dedicated to their job."

"Convenient checking, clean rooms and a comfy bed. The staff was wonderful and when I realized I forgot my tooth brush they were able to give me one. The breakfast was fresh and had a food inspection grade of 100%. I traveled with my family and this will be pinned on my list for future trips."

"Overall excellent experience at this Holiday Inn. The rooms are nice, clean and modern. The complimentary breakfast is delicious with a variety of options for all people. But to top it all off, the staff are what make this entire experience enjoyable. Juan, Michelle and Curtis, just to name a few, are prime examples of how hospitable and warm service leaves a lasting impact. These folks treated us like family, and we view them the same. If we’re ever back to Savannah, we’ll definitely be staying here and you should too!"

"I’ve gotten picky after a bad experience. The good reviews about this hotel are valid. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, fresh and well updated, shower pressure and hot water great, and the bed was comfortable — not old and spongy-soft as so many are. I would definitely recommend. We unfortunately had to leave prior to breakfast, but the coffee was plentiful at 5am. The parking lot was well-lit, and the hotel is in an area with many dining options close by."

"We selected this hotel because the pictures of the breakfast bar looked delicious and it had an indoor pool. The hotel was well-kept and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were just right. My kids loved the pancake dispenser at the breakfast bar. The breakfast bar wasn’t as pictured. The sausage links were overcooked and the eggs could have been hotter. My kids were disappointed that there wasn’t any bacon or muffins on the bar (pictured online). The pool’s heater was off or broken. The water was too cold for my kids to enjoy. When I asked the front desk about it - she said she wasn’t sure and maintenance was not available to look at it. Overall, our family loved the stay BUT we would have picked another hotel had we known the pool’s heater was off and/or broken."
