"Excellent immediate care for my 19 yr old daughter who was having a severe mental crisis. The associate took us to a room and listened to our concerns then had a team meeting to formulate a plan of action. Today, one week later, we had a meeting with the intake psychologist and a treatment plan was devised. The fantastic front desk person coordinated the various appointments and furnished appointment reminder cards for each one. Mr.Peele the intake psychologist was superb as well!"

"When I was there to receive some treatment. The first part is they have you go to intake they gather a bunch of information from you their hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm, but I would recommend you showing up before 3:00 pm since I don't believe they actually take people at 3:30 pm. This is before you're able to see the medicine Doctor or therapist. After they complete intake they will have you come back again usually in a week or two to go over your intake information. That's when they will determine if they can help you and they will set you up with a therapist and a doctor for medication. The appointments they set up for you are usually a month or two even out so if you need help right away this place is definitely not for you. They had me set up with a appointment I waited 2 months and about 3 days before appointment with the medicine doctor they canceled it and rescheduled it for about a month later. When that appointment came when checking in I was told that they had canceled that appointment once again this is now two times for the doctor but I never received a phone call even in fact I received a email confirming for my appointment the day before. Thee person at the front window was rude and completely disregarded the email that I showed them and wanted no part of it and she said that they did call and they written it down but it was not true. I was able to go to my other appointment with the therapist which was pretty good help for me but never got to see the medicine doctor. Overall this place is not for somebody that actually can depend on help because of the erratic cancellations that this place does as well as the months on end waiting for an appointment"

"So far a few suggestions and a little help to set me on my way. It could be a lot more proactive and practicional with concern and respect to those that seek it. Those that find it need real hard help and we are gullible at this stage and there are people that will take advantage of your poor choices and we need to be reset. The great renewal of a easier better life that we can count on. I seek change and followed it."

"I wish I could give ZERO stars. Canceling a patients medication with major depression, PTSD, suicidal thoughts, ADD, and OCD after FIVE years is heart breaking and pathetic. So many suicides are on their hands. Don't claim to be a mental health organization then cause patients even more mental health issues and stress. This place is a complete JOKE. Unlike suicides and mental health."
