"The environment is great and my kids liked it. However, as a parent, I was not happy here. It takes forever to get an appointment. My child had a cavity and had to wait three months for a filling. If you ever have to rebook, you are looking at three months minimum for a new appointment. They messed up the billing on my son's account and it was a nightmare to get it straightened out between them and the insurance company. Staff are not the friendliest people to deal with."

"Today was our second time at Wild Smiles and we loved it! Our 4 year old had his first official cleaning today and they were so encouraging and sweet. When the kiddos are finished they get a sticker and to pick a prize. Highly recommend!"

"Called yesterday they had my children’s information just couldn’t get them on the schedule due to new patient paperwork not coming through when I spoke to the lady she said she could get all 3 of my kids seen 6 months from now but I needed to call back the next day ok no biggie so I called back today for someone to tell me they are booking into April now and don’t have an early morning appointment. They like to give the run around to people do not recommend apparently the one in red bank is worse and was going to give them a try not now."
