"It was nice. The only thing I found not clean was the phone which I didn't have to use. I did clean it. The coffee machine in the room had coffee grains in it. I cleaned it also. Oh and I found a sock at the top of the bed in the floor between the table with the phone on it and the bed. Other than that the girls up front were really nice. I stayed 1 night Jan. 21, 2024 Sunday night and checked out on Monday morning."
"I like to keep it real you'll get the lowest quality rooms, BUG INFESTED, Filthy 1800s carpet, Everywhere REEKS of DISGUSTING ODOR..& don't get me started with the houekeeping..they don't clean your room unless they are forced.. Terrible service from management MARGARET is so wicked, old bitter woman her presence itself gives a bad ora . She makes you feel like you are unwanted guest no atom of respect professionalism nor cooperation. She is bad for business.by far the WORST hotel experience ..idk who owns this place but it needs Replacements.."
"I was there for 2 weeks. It's ok but they only have door security. Meaning doors locked only security. The staff is very noisy and eye kept. They have a 4 dollar breakfast but they wonder why it's not a profitable thing because of the employees. Poor customer service will drive money away. I checked out early because of too much attention from staff..I don't have to communicate, talk, or like anyone unless I choose too..the only objective is I am a customer. Dats the only thing is dey paid too much attention to me..I mean dam my money wasn't enough so I gave it to the motel across town..and u know wat...dey do good business..staff is excellent.."
"Only been there one day and the room is very clean when you walk in. I saw no signs of roaches or bed bugs anywhere in my room. I love that my room is next to the laundry room. It is a non smoking room that is ok I'll go out side to smoke. Other than that I like this place. While I was there I worked for them as well. I do not recommend working for them. They have their favorites like any other place. I did however enjoy my time there."
