"We've stayed here several times of the course of the last year. Weeks on end for my husband's work. This hotel is wonderful. The staff is so kind especially to our 3 little girls. Extremely clean excited to be back there and be in greenville again in April"

"Value alert! Great place all around …. But there is a thing that some of the staff aren’t very friendly. Most are but I think there are a couple managers that come across wrong. Stayed about 10 times and it’s solid choice."

"Got here around 12:30 in the afternoon got my room and noticed it was next to the housekeeping room so I went back to the front desk and said I'm working nights and don't want to hear there door opening and closing while I was trying to sleep, so they gave me another room I went to check it out and noticed it had two queen beds, well I specifically asked for a king bed so back down to the front desk and said I wanted and reserved a king room on the opposite side of the highway and not next to an elevator either. I came up with my roller full of stuff and it was by the elevator, frustrated and tired I took the room. That night the air conditioner was loud, turned off and on all night long and blew right down on me, I called and complained about it, she said they'll have the maintenance guy look at it. I might have gotten 2 hours sleep after I put some earplugs in, the bed does not support you very well, anyway the breakfast was ok, and when I came back too my room the toaster wasn't working and the sink wasn't draining, so I called down to the desk and told the clerk, she was saying post like she couldn't understand my saying toaster then put me through to the manager, pretty rude if you ask me, the manager lady was professional and very nice and would get someone up there, a few minutes later he showed up with a working toaster and he fixed the sink, tonight the ac/ heater is going back and forth every couple of minutes so I just shut it off and I'll try to get some sleep. I must say I couldn't hear the highway which was a good thing. I was going to stay another day but I had written this review the second night when I couldn't sleep and was awakened in the morning by another front desk lady saying she didn't appreciate my review and said most people check out if they don't like a place not extend their stay, so that got me thinking, man this lady is another rude employee, just because I was telling the truth about my stay there, so I had a late breakfast and checked out, I can only be pushed so far. Later on that day at work I couldn't find my work shorts or pants, so I called the motel back up to see if housekeeping had found them. Alicia the real rude front desk lady was even more rude now and hung up on me so I called back and asked to talk to the manager lady she said someone was in the room now and would call me back, well she never did, so I called her back and she said no they didn't find them, I know I left them in there, there's no other place they could be, so I had a bad stay, lost my work pair of pants and shorts, and was treated very rudely by the front staff, this motel is not up to par. Kim was the other rude front desk person."

"I visited here for a family reunion and the experience met my satisfaction. Rooms: Although the A/C in the room never got cold enough, and we were uncomfortable with the temperature and there was an unpleasant odor in the room when we arrived, Staff immediately took charge to address the concerns we had to the best of their ability. The overall suite layout was spacious. Nice king sized bed. Full kitchen and utensils available. 2 TVs. Amenities: the pool isn't that large, but we enjoyed our time poolside. Hosted a Barbecue out there, and had ample space to enjoy ourselves even with another party present. Staff: Every encounter with hotel staff was pleasant. Shout-out to Stephanie assisting each morning in the breakfast area. She was helpful and nice. Overall: free parking, elevator worked, common areas clean, towels available, And Great Location. Would I visit again? Sure!"

"This is a great hotel for longer term stays. The kitchenette is well stocked with dishes and anything else you might need to prepare basic meals. The location is great, being surrounded by stores and restaurants. I will stay here again when I am in Greenville."
