"I recently attended an event at the West Beach Conference Center in Kiawah Island, South Carolina. The center is located on a beautiful private island with plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The meeting rooms were spacious and well-equipped with comfortable chairs and plenty of outlets for charging devices. The audiovisual equipment worked well, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. "The half marathon race expo was held here again this year in December. It was pretty crowded but very clean and organized. There is a nice resort and beach nearby. Lots to do. Not much in the way of restaurants in the winter."
