At Caroline’s B&B, we prioritize cleanliness and safety. Our HVAC system is equipped with a Reme Halo Air Purifier that kills up to 99% of mold, bacteria, and viruses. We also have sanitizer stations throughout the B&B and use an ozone generator in each room after guests depart.
While we require a minimum 2-night stay, many guests choose to stay for weeks or even months. Whether you are relocating to Summerville, working on a temporary project, or simply looking for a long-term rental, we are happy to accommodate you.
Our rooms feature king-sized beds in separate rooms with private full baths. For added luxury, we offer an executive suite with a private entry, king-sized bed, kitchenette, living area, and private full bath.

"I booked rooms here for family visiting from California, and they LOVED it! The rooms are incredibly clean & meticulously decorated & equipped with convenience items like a fridge, Keurig, etc. There is a small room (with books, games, a microwave & snacks) located in between the two second floor bedrooms. The hosts, Caroline & Jerry, are so gracious and hospitable. My family said the breakfasts were indeed amazing, as many other reviewers had mentioned! Not sure what hotel rates are in Summerville, but I think this place is priced very competitively, especially since a fabulous breakfast is included everyday. One last tip: contact Caroline's directly to make reservations as it's a little cheaper than going through booking sites. Enjoy!"
"This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast. I must say we will never go to a hotel again. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast delicious. Caroline is very friendly and so are her cute Yorkie. If your ever so lucky to stay here you must. We will be back."
